Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service outlined bellow

I. General

✰ Commission are made in my art style, when commissioning me, you agree that I'll draw what you ask in my art style and not another.✰ You must have 18+ to do commission.✰ Nothing sexual, erotic, nsfw, racists, homophobic/transphobic, political, heavy gore.. will be made.✰ I have every right to decline a commission if I don't feel comfortable with it or doesn't match my art style or if I feel that my skill may not meet your request.

II. Payment and fees

✰ Payment via PayPal only if not the payment is refused.✰ Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.✰ Rush fee Rush order with specific deadline incur additional fees.✰ Design fee Non visual reference includes additional fees and the commission can be declined if too confused.

III. Cancellation and Refunds

✰ Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.✰ You may cancel the commission any time, after which I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done.✰ I will cancel the commission if the client's behavior is inappropriate. Even during the process (I'll only refund 50% of the price).

IV. Obligations

✰ You have to fully read the ToS and commission information.✰ Be clear when you ask me something, and provide multiple reference (lil sketch and moodboard are welcome) or else you can get Design Fee (see payment and fees).✰ If I have no news about you after one week, I'll cancel the commission.

V. Process

✰ A deposit of at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I start working. Once the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working and finish up your request.✰ Commissions are made via email, here's where we establish the start and process of the commission and agree with it.✰ I have 2/3 weeks to do your commission.✰ Once I start the sketch, I will send you progress on email or Instagram (as you prefer) so you can approve/decline/make revisions. once I have the confirmation of the sketch, ONLY lil details can be changed.✰ Once I am finished, I'll send you the final via email and you can request me some very small changes (I can't Ctrl+Z irl).✰ Once I finalize it, I will email you 2 versions of my work : one watermarked for posting,.. and the original one in digital (j.peg).✰ If you want me to send you the original in physical, all the fees will be to you to pay, and I'll sent it once it's paid.✰ You are welcome to ask for update (but please not every 30 mins).✰ Mishaps happens, so I am free to take a lil bit longer. Client will be noticed as soon as I have issues.

VI. Credits and Usage

✰ I own all rights to the work. Allow to post it and use it on my portfolio.✰ Commission are for personal use only.✰ You can share and repost my art as soon as you credit me @NyxieStudio or @aryx_lxtl. Includes pp, banner,...✰ You get an unlimited, sublicensable, worldwide right to reproduce that specific commission, as long as each copy carries my watermark and clearly identifies me as the author.
